Order StationPro Parts Kits for Immediate Shipping

Read this First!

1. Ordering StationPro parts is an easy two-step process. First, you order an SP-I or SP-II "semi-kit" from my distributor, Harbach Electronics, as described below. My semi-kits include the enclosures, circuit boards and the other items listed in the next block and in the below photographs.
Next, you order the remaining components from Mouser Electronics, my recommended supplier and an international distributor of electronics components. Clicking on one of the following links will take you to an already-filled-out shopping cart on the Mouser secure website. You can change quantites and add or delete individual parts, as desired, and then check out in the normal way.

Your Mouser order will cost approximately $200 (SP-I) and $350 (SP-II). Note: Mouser accepts orders from international customers and ships worldwide.

2. To order W8ZR semi-kit(s) using PayPal or credit card, click HERE or on the link below, and then follow the secure checkout instructions. The link will take you to the Harbach Electronics secure order form. Harbach Electronics now handles the marketing and sales of all StationPro kits for me.

3. Payment by check or money order is also welcome. Email me first with your desired kit choice(s), being sure to include name, callsign, and shipping address. I'll confirm your order by email with payment instructions.

4. Shipping Charges: A Flat-Rate USPS Priority Mail shipping charge of $12 (USA), $21 (Canada), $43 (other international) per kit will be added when you check out. Unfortunately, I can't combine shipping for multiple orders, because each kit is individually packed and shipped. Note that PayPal will charge Canadian builders $43 shipping but I will refund the $22 difference.

5. Availability: I have plenty of SP-I and SP-II semi-kits ready to ship immediately. In the future, if I start to run low, I'll give several months warning on this page.

 Contains one circuit board for building the remote relay unit to network two or three SP-II station controllers. Builder must supply the other necessary parts. Note that the Hammand die-cast enclosure in the parts list is not pre-punched or silkscreened..

SP-I and SP-II Main Circuit Board
Double-sided 8.500" x 6.000" circuit board, FR-4 fiberglass, tinned & plated traces, thru-plated holes, and integral ground planes. Boards have green solder masks, white silk-screened component legends and milled edges. These are very high quality circuit boards.
SP-I Front Panel Circuit Board
 Same as above, except 8.000 x 3.500 inches

SP-I and SP-II Rear Panel Circuit Board

RF Unit Enclosure
Custom prepunched and silkscreened enclosure, with mounting flanges. Dimensions (nominal) are 7.5”Wx 5.0”H x 1.5 “D.

 

Warranty Information and Limitations of Liability

W8ZR warrants each semi-kit to be as described. Returns are accepted within 30 days for any reason, provided semi-kits are unassembled and undamaged (buyer pays return shipping). Any defective or missing semi-kit item will be immediately replaced without charge for at least one year, or longer if the inventory lasts, and W8ZR will pay shipping. All future firmware upgrades are free. No other warranty is express or implied.
